Dee Sreedharan
NanoSearch Partners was founded by Dee Sreedharan, an industry professional with over nine years' experience within nano-analysis and scientific instrumentation. Having worked inside a leading global manufacturer, Dee understands the challenges of building high-performing technical teams and the importance of finding the right people.
Most recruiters in this space are generalists. NanoSearch started on the inside, so we know what good looks like in an engineering team, a service organisation and a production cell — and we recruit with that standard in mind.
